CareCalendar: An Online System to Coordinate Care

In my stroke support group, one of the members of the group told us about CareCalendar.

CareCalendar is a web based system to organize meals and other help for families during a time of illness or life changing event, such as the birth of a baby or death of a family member.  It can also be used for long term situations, including home-bound and caregiver respite care needs.

I think this could be a great resource to help family and friends coordinate care for a loved one either right after a stroke or if long term care is needed.
